BAT瓊脂配制方法：稱取本品28.95g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量],使用10N 的硫酸溶液調節(jié)pH為4.0±0.2[25℃]，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Dextrose[葡萄糖] ：5.0g
Calcium Chloride [氯化鈣]：0.25g
Magnesium Sulfate[硫酸鎂]：0.5g
Ammonium Sulfate[硫酸銨]：0.2g
Monopotassium phosphate[磷酸二氫鉀]：3.0g
Agar[瓊脂]:18.0g
