LB瓊脂干粉培養(yǎng)基的配制方法: 稱取本品40.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌后請(qǐng)迅速搖勻,以防瓊脂沉于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Sodium Chloride/氯化鈉：10.0g
Agar/瓊脂：15.0g
