苯丙氨酸培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品23.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量],加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Yeast Extract[酵母浸粉]：3.0g
DL-Phenylalanine[DL-苯丙氨酸]：2.0g
Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate[磷酸氫二鈉]：1.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]：5.0g
Agar[瓊脂]：12.0g
pH7.2±0.2[25℃]
The preparation method of phenylalanine medium: call this product 23.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can increase or reduce the dosage in proportion], heat and boil to completely dissolve, pack, sterilize at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes, and shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar from depositing at the bottom of the utensils.
