動(dòng)力吲哚尿素MIU培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)配制方法：稱取本品43.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量]，加熱煮沸溶解，100ml/瓶分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷至55℃，無菌操作加入1支40-50℃保溫過的20306，搖勻，分裝試管。

Tryptone [胰蛋白胨]：30.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]：5.0g
Monopotassium phosphate[磷酸二氫鉀]：5.0g
Phenol Red[苯酚紅]： 0.005g
Agar[瓊脂]：3.0g
pH6.9±0.2[25℃]
Basic preparation method of MIU medium with dynamic indole urea: weigh 43.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can increase or decrease the amount of preparation in proportion], boil and dissolve by heating, pack in 100ml/bottle, sterilize under high pressure at 121 C for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, so as to prevent agar from depositing on the bottom of utensils and solidifying, cooling to 55 C, sterile. Add 1 of the 40-50 heat preservation 20306, shake well and separate the test tube.
