40%尿素溶液使用方法：
低溫環(huán)境取出后，自然溶解成液體，無菌環(huán)境下，西林瓶按照箭頭方向撕開鋁箔蓋，待培養(yǎng)基冷至50～55℃，無菌操作使用移液器移取本品適量于培養(yǎng)基中（如每100ml10308（尿素瓊脂基礎（pH7.2）添加本品1支），輕輕混勻，傾注平板或備用。
注意事項：
使用時避免與皮膚、眼睛接觸。
本品用于實驗室微生物檢驗。

Usage of 40% urea solution:
