甘露醇氯化鈉瓊脂培養(yǎng)基的配方
甘露醇氯化鈉瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱(chēng)取本品111.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,備用。

Pancreatic Digest of Casein[胰酪胨]：5.0g
Animal tissue stomach protease digestion content[動(dòng)物組織胃蛋白酶水解物]：5.0g
Beef Extract[牛肉浸出粉]：1.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]：75.0g
D - mannitol[D-甘露醇]：10.0g
Phenol Red[酚紅] ：0.025g
Agar[瓊脂]：15.0g
pH7.4±0.2[25℃]
Mannitol sodium chloride agar medium preparation method: weigh 111.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat boil to complete dissolution, sub-pack, high pressure sterilization at 121 ~C for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar deposited in the bottom of the vessel and solidify, reserve.
