甘露醇卵黃培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)作用：
用于金黃色葡萄球菌計(jì)數(shù)(日本)，每100毫升 培養(yǎng)基中添加2支2100150%卵黃鹽水懸液；信息來自日水生物。
甘露醇卵黃培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)的配制方法:
稱取本品111g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷至50℃，無菌操作，每100毫升培養(yǎng)基加入2支21001（50%卵黃鹽水懸液 ），輕輕搖勻后傾注平板。

D-甘露醇 10.0g
苯酚紅 0.025g
