甘露醇卵黃培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)作用:
用于金黃色葡萄球菌計(jì)數(shù)(日本),每100毫升 培養(yǎng)基中添加2支2100150%卵黃鹽水懸液;信息來自日水生物。
甘露醇卵黃培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)的配制方法:
稱取本品111g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,冷至50℃,無菌操作,每100毫升培養(yǎng)基加入2支21001(50%卵黃鹽水懸液 ),輕輕搖勻后傾注平板。
