Pseudomonas Agar Medium forDetection of fluorescin Base Used for the determination of fluorescein in Pseudomonas aeruginosa;
Preparation method: Weigh 3.8g of this product and add it to 100mL of distilled water or deionized water. Add 1 vial of glycerol, 1mL per vial. Heat and stir until completely dissolved. Divide into portions and sterilize at 121℃ under high pressure for 15 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent AGAR from depositating at the bottom of the container and solidifying. Set aside for later use.
