Plate Count Agar with BCP For the determination of the total number of lactic acid bacteria;
Preparation method: Weigh 24.7g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent AGAR from settling in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, set aside.
