Lactobacillus Selective Broth For the selective culture of lactic acid bacteria, 1.32ml of glacial acetic acid should be added to each 1L medium;
Preparation method: Weigh 69.7g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, add 1.32ml glacial acetic acid, mix well, heat and stir, boil for 1 minute until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 118℃ for 15 minutes, cool, set aside.
