BLB Medium Base For the isolation and culture of bifidobacterium, 5-7% sterile defibrillated sheep blood should be added;
Preparation method: Weigh 40.5g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be proportionally increased or decreased), heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclaving at 115℃ for 30 minutes, cooling to 44-47℃, add 5-7% sterile defibrillated sheep blood, gently mix, pour into the plate.
