NGKG Agar Base For the detection of Bacillus cereus in food, 2 50% vitelline saline suspension and 1 polymyxin B solution were added to the medium every 200ml. Cat. No. 11220, 250g aluminum foil bag packing;
Preparation method:
Weigh 26.5g of this product in 1L purified water, stir and heat to boil until completely dissolved, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool the medium to about 50℃, add 2 sticks of 21001 (50% yolk brine suspension) and 1 stick of 21201 (polymyxin B solution) into the medium every 200ml, pour the plate, and set aside.
