Modified Sulfite Agar Used for hydrogen sulfide production test of thermophilic bacillus; Provide media wholesale price, brand manufacturers, usage and other details.
Preparation method: Weigh 31.0g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, dissolve it with heat, divide into test tubes, each tube 10-15ml, and add appropriate amount of clean iron powder into each test tube. Autoclave at 121℃ for 20 minutes. Set aside.
