Fastidious Anaerobe Broth (FAB) For the growth culture of anaerobic bacteria, containing 0.075% AGAR;
Preparation method:
Weigh 29.65g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or reduced in proportion), boil and dissolve, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and cool quickly after sterilization. Before inoculation, the height of the oxidized layer of the medium shall not exceed 1/5 of the depth of the medium, otherwise, it must be heated in a 100℃ water bath until the pink disappears, and it must be cooled rapidly, and it can only be heated once to prevent contamination.
