Anaerobic Agar Base For the detection of anaerobic bacteria in microbial detection, 1 branch of 21004 heme chloride solution and 1 branch of 21005 vitamin K1 solution were added to the base medium every 100ml.
Preparation method:
Weigh 63.5g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or decreased according to proportion), heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, cool to 50℃, add 1 dose of 21004 and 21005 each in 100ml medium, shake well, pour into plates.
