配制方法（微生物培養(yǎng)基）:
稱取本品29.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量),加熱煮沸至完
全溶解,調節(jié)pH使滅菌后pH5.2±0.1(25℃）,分裝,115℃高壓滅菌30分鐘,滅菌結束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,備用.本品易結團，但不影響使用效果。
