改良布氏肉湯培養(yǎng)基的配方配制方法:
稱取本品28.6g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,116℃高壓滅菌20鐘,備用。

Yeast Extract(酵母浸膏) 1.0g

Sodium Thioglycollate
(硫乙醇酸鈉) 1.5g
Sodium metabisulfite
(偏重亞硫酸鈉) 0.1g
pH7.3±0.2(25℃)
Preparation method:
Weigh 28.6g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water
