M9低鹽培養(yǎng)基5倍濃縮配制方法: 稱取本品56.4g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中/可按比例增加或減少配制量）,微溫溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘。無菌量取200ml上述滅菌溶液，加入無菌蒸餾水750ml,冷卻至50-55℃,定容至1L即配制成M9低鹽培養(yǎng)基。

Monopotassium Phosphate/磷酸二氫鉀：15.0g
Sodium Chloride/氯化鈉：2.5g
Ammonium chloride/氯化銨：5.0g
pH6.8±0.2/25℃
