日水Luria 肉湯基礎(chǔ)干粉的配制方法:  稱取本品15.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),加熱溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷卻至45~50℃,若需要,無菌操作每升培養(yǎng)基中添加10mL20%無菌葡萄糖溶液,混勻,備用。

Pancreatic Digest of  Casein/胰酪蛋白胨:10.0g
Yeast Extract/酵母浸粉:5.0g
Sodium Chloride/氯化鈉:0.5g        
pH7.0±0.2(25℃)
The preparation method of Luria broth basic dry powder: call this product 15.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can increase or reduce the dosage in proportion), heat dissolve, pack, sterilize at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes and cool to 45~50 C. If necessary, aseptic glucose solution is added to the culture medium with 10mL20% sterile glucose solution and mix well. Spare.
