NZCYM肉湯的配制方法: 稱取本品22.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),煮沸溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。nzcym肉湯用于大腸桿菌菌株培養(yǎng),配方被推薦用于重組?噬菌體的復(fù)制。

Casamino Acid/酸水解酪蛋白:1.0g
Yeast Extract/酵母浸粉:5.0g
Sodium Chloride/氯化鈉:5.0g
Magnesium Sulfate/無(wú)水硫酸鎂:0.98g
pH7.0±0.2(25℃) 
The preparation method of NZCYM broth: call this product 22.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can increase or reduce the dosage in proportion), boiling and dissolving, packing, sterilizing at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes, spare. Nzcym broth is used for the culture of Escherichia coli strains, and the formula is recommended for recombinant bacteriophage replication.
