硫酸亞鐵瓊脂配制方法：稱取本品33.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝于試管中，115℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌完成后使試管直立,使其凝固,備用。

Peptone[蛋白胨]：10.0g
Beef Extract[牛肉膏]：3.0g
Yeast Extract[酵母浸粉]：3.0g
Ferrous Sulfate[硫酸亞鐵]：0.2g
Sodium Thiosulfate [硫代硫酸鈉]：0.3g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]：5.0g
Agar[瓊脂]：12.0g
pH6.8±0.2 [25℃]
Ferrous Sulfate Agar preparation method: weigh this product 33.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, sub-packed in test tube, high-pressure sterilization at 115 C for 15 minutes, sterilization after the completion of the test tube upright, so that it solidifies, reserve.
