淀粉培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱(chēng)取本品37.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Peptone[蛋白胨]：10.0g

Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉] ：5.0g

Beef Extract[牛肉浸粉]：5.0g

Soluble Starch[可溶性淀粉] ：2.0g

Agar[瓊脂] ：15.0g

pH7.2±0.1[25℃]

Starch culture medium preparation method: take this product 37.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, sub-packed, high-pressure sterilization at 121 ~C for 20 minutes, after sterilization, shake well, in order to prevent agar deposited in the bottom of the utensil and set aside.
