ji品肉湯(Terrific Broth)配制方法：稱取本品47.6g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，每升添加4ml甘油，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，備用。
ji品肉湯具體配方成分： g/L
胰酪蛋白胨：12.0g
酵母浸粉：24.0g
磷酸二氫鉀：2.2g
磷酸氫二鉀：9.4g
pH7.2±0.2(25℃)
Preparation of Terrific Broth: 47.6g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, 4 ml glycerin per liter, heated and boiled until completely dissolved, packed, high-pressure sterilization at 121 ~C for 15 minutes, stand by.
