膽鹽乳糖培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品35.8g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量）,微溫溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷暗儲存?zhèn)溆谩?/span>
膽鹽乳糖培養(yǎng)基配方： g/L
蛋白胨：20.0g，氯化鈉：5.0g，乳糖：5.0g，磷酸氫二鉀：4.0g，磷酸二氫鉀：1.3g，去氧膽酸鈉：0.5g，pH7.4±0.2(25℃)。
