使用方法：
無菌環(huán)境下，使用砂輪劃割安瓿瓶藍(lán)點正下方瓶頸處，背向藍(lán)點掰開安瓿瓶（戴手套操作），待培養(yǎng)基冷至50～55℃，無菌操作使用移液器每將本品適量添加于培養(yǎng)基中（通常每支用于100毫升10509中），輕輕混勻，備用。
產(chǎn)品性能指標(biāo)：
1、理化：無色透明
2、抑菌性檢測：合格

Usage:
In a sterile environment, the emery wheel is used to cut the neck of the ampoule bottle just below the blue point, the ampoule bottle is opened from the back to the blue point (operated with gloves), and the culture medium is cooled to 50-55 ℃. In aseptic operation, the pipeted liquid is used to add appropriate amount of this product into the culture medium (usually used for 100ml of 10509 each), and the product is gently mixed and set aside.
